Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling 

• Free shipping is offered for orders above PKR 1,500/- or USD 125 for international orders. For orders less than PKR 1,500/-, PKR 200/- is charged whereas for orders below USD 125, we charge USD 15 as shipping charges.

• All orders will be delivered by courier service within 3-5 working days in Pakistan and 7-10 working days for international orders. In case of delay, please contact us at ziiyy.contact@gmail.com or +923 252 252 252.

• The orders will be picked, packed and shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. However, please expect some delays during the days of Sale or Mega events.
