1. Where delivery service is available?. 
    The Ziiyy service area includes whole across Pakistan. We also ship products to international customers throughout the world.

      2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?. 

        It is not necessary to create an account. You can use a guest account to checkout without registering. However, an account provides you with the following benefits:
        • Save your shipping address for future purchases and a speedy shopping experience.
        • Easily manage your account details, track your order status and review previous purchases.
        • Be informed about Ziiyy’s latest offers, stocks, special online promotions and discounts.
          3. How do I place an order at Ziiyy?
            Please following following steps to place an order;
            • First of all, please visit our website “ziiyy.com”.
            • The orders can be placed while navigating website as a registered or guest user.
            • Click on the particular product you like. On any product’s page, select colour / size (if applicable), choose quantity and then press the “Add to Cart” button. This will open up your shopping cart where you may choose to continue shopping, or proceed to checkout.
            • On the checkout page, you may add or confirm your personal and shipping information, select payment options, enter any discount vouchers (if applicable) and review your order before selecting “Place order now”.             4. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

              All orders will be delivered by our courier service providers within 5-7 working days in Pakistan. If your order has not been delivered in the specified time, please contact our Customer Care.

              5. What if an incomplete OR incorrect / damaged item is delivered to me?

              We take due care to ensure that each order is complete / correct and reaches right recipient in a timely manner. However, in case of any issue, you can get in touch with our Customer Care and we will strive to resolve the issue on priority.

               6. How can I track my order?

              As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed an Order ID, along with Order Confirmation. This Order ID is used to track order(s). You can also check this ID when you sign in to the Ziiyy’s website. In case of any issue, please contact Customer Care.

               7. What kind of payment methods Do You Accept?

              Currently, following payment methods are available:

              • Cash on Delivery: This option is available for our esteemed customers throughout Pakistan. Using this option, you can pay cash to the delivery agent at the time of receipt of your order. Please be advised to have the exact amount at hand since delivery agents do not carry change/petty cash.
              • By Debit / Credit Cards: This option is available to make payments from Visa and Mastercard Debit / Credit cards.
              • By Easy Paisa: This option is available to make payments from popular option of Easy Paisa.
              • By bank transfers: Habib Bank Limited (HBL) and Bank Alfalah accounts are available.

               8. Can I place an order or modify an order by phone call?

              Yes. Please call or WhatsApp your order at 03 252 252 252 (Monday to Sunday – 10am to 10pm).

               9. Can I hold my order for 3-5 days?

              Yes, an order can be kept on hold for 3-5 days after advance payment. For details, please call or WhatsApp at 03 252 252 252.
